Caecilian

The Caecilians

Caecilians are amphibians, like salamanders and frogs and toads. They might look like eels or snakes or even worms, but they are definitely not! Most people know very little about them, because they live such secretive lives. Ours live in the water and only move around looking for food, like worms and insects, at night. Caecilians do not live in the United States, but live in tropical parts Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
