Ages 6-10
Explorers examine nature and science topics in some depth through experiments, crafts, and hands-on investigations. Classes meet for 1 hour each week, 2 or 3 weeks of the month. Classes run October through May.
March - Herpetology 101: Reptiles & Amphibians
Join us for adventures with cold-blooded friends. What's the difference between an alligator and a crocodile, a toad and a frog? Who is the deadliest snake? How far can the world's largest frog jump?

April - Nature of Africa
Come discover the animals, ecosystems, and cultures of Africa. We'll delve deep into the jungle, cross the great plains of the Serengeti, and peer into the trees with Lemurs in Madagascar.

May - Animals and Their Babies
this month we'll discover the methods and varieties of animal reproduction. Which animals lay eggs and which animals give birth? Why do some animals only have one baby that they take care of ... while others may have thousands that they leave behind? Its a story of creation and cloning.
