Explore a world of gifts for the nature lovers in your life. From bug boxes and insect nets to puppets and stencil books - a wide range of science and nature toys and tools will be available for purchase at the Nature Discovery Center. Members, don't forget your 10% discount on any single day's purchase!
 
Come and browse during a visit to the Discovery Rooms, while your children are in classes or while you and your family get in the holiday mood during Photos with Santa on Saturday, December 3 from 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Photos with Santa is sponsored by John Daugherty Realtors and includes a free photo with Mr. Claus himself.

Holiday Market Volunteer Opportunity for Teens and Adults

Volunteers Needed:   4 people

Volunteer Shift:  1st Saturday in December 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. during Photos with Santa Event

Volunteer Positions:  2 downstairs, serving cookies and drinks and monitoring the Market. Take hot chocolate or Juice and cookies to the front porch and offer to visitors waiting for their turn for Photos with Santa. Invite them to come into the Center while they are awaiting their turn. They can browse the market or visit the Discovery Rooms; 2 upstairs, assisting visitors in the Discovery Rooms. Greet visitors and get them started with activities that are interesting and age appropriate for their children. Cruise the Rooms, helping visitors as needed.
