Pumpkin Patch 2014

Saturday, October 18
& Sunday, October 19
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Two days of fall festival fun!

Best Family Festival/Annual Event

Come visit our 21st Annual Pumpkin Patch at the Nature Discovery Center. You and your family can come pick out the perfect pumpkin for your front porch, enjoy kid's games and moonbounces in a carnival atmosphere, and more!  This annual festival is a great, safe place for family fun, food, and games - and the pumpkins on the lawn provide great photo opportunities.

While you're here you can ride the Tubs-of-Fun ride, have your face painted or cross the devil's rope bridge...if you dare! If you're looking for some old time fun, take a wagon ride around the block. There will be vendors selling jewelry, candles, and more.

Pumpkin Patch provides fun for the whole family and supports the programs of the Nature Discovery Center. A win-win!

Pumpkin Patch Volunteer Opportunities for Teens and Adults

Help children and families participate in activities on October 18 & 19 for our annual Pumpkin Patch festival.

Volunteer Shifts:  3-hour shifts of 10:30 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. OR 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. each day (Saturday and Sunday).

Volunteers Needed:  Approximately 40 people per shift.  Volunteers range in age from 12 to 80.
