Celebrate your child’s birthday with family and friends at the Nature Discovery Center. Picnic tables in the Pavilion area are reserved for your festivities. We offer a variety of nature themed party programs, from Nature Walks to fun with rabbits.

The Nature Discovery Center offers school-year “Nature at Your Doorstep” Field Trips and Summer Field Trips. This page details our school-year field trip program. Field Trips to the Nature Discovery Center are based on a curriculum of real world investigations that nurture the young scientist in every student!

We offer a variety of programs to help your Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts complete badge, journey, or achievement requirements. Bring your group of 5 or more scouts for an engaging program in the beautiful setting of our nature park.

Come join us on Wednesday afternoons at 4 p.m. for our Nature Story Time. Each week we read books on different nature topics. Story times at the Pavilions will also include live animals, specimens, and/or stuffed animals.
